we continue to follow the development of the Coronavirus – COVID19 closely and we are following the authority’s guidelines
we are concerned for the health and safety of our staff, clients and their families
we have introduced extra measures to reduce risks to our staff and clients
• we will not be engaging in handshakes
• maintaining the recommended 1.5-2m personal distance
• wash hands with soap & /or hand sanitizer before & after entry to your house/property
• wear disposable PPE – gloves & face masks where possible
• we can not accept your offers of food or drinks
• limit the contact with items while onsite at your house/property
we will be very mindful of your concerns while at your house/property and will answer all questions you may have in regard to how we will go about doing the job in a safe manner to both you our client & our staff
We will ask that you can help by
• ensuring all adults and children present at your house/ property maintain the 1.5-2m distance from us, or if possible able to leave the premises
• ensure items that may be in the way of the service, such as Kids toys , pet toys etc. be out of the way, so we don’t have to touch them to move them
Please inform us via phone or email immediately-

prior to us attending your house for a scheduled booking if you or any close contacts
• have returned from overseas in the past 14 days
• Been a passenger or a crew member on a cruise ship in the past 14 days
• Are under self-isolation for suspected / or confirmed case of coronavirus
• Are displaying cold or flu like symptoms
• In self-isolation for any reasons
